Skoda Kylaq - Price Drop Up To Rs. 1.19 Lakh
The Skoda Kylaq, the brand's most successful model in India, emerges as the biggest beneficiary of GST 2.0. With the tax burden cut from 29% (28% GST + 1% cess) to a flat 18% GST, ex-showroom prices of the Skoda Kylaq have dropped sharply.

Other Models: Kodiaq and Kushaq Savings
Beyond Kylaq and Slavia, Skoda is extending GST-linked benefits across its portfolio:
- Kodiaq: Up to Rs. 3.3 lakh GST benefit, with additional festive offers of up to Rs. 2.5 lakh, giving savings as high as Rs. 5.8 lakh.
- Kushaq: Up to Rs. 66,000 GST reduction and festive offers worth Rs. 2.5 lakh, translating into a total benefit of around Rs. 3.1 lakh.
These reductions place Skoda's SUVs in a stronger position against rivals, particularly during peak festive demand. Since GST 2.0 rates officially apply from 22nd September, most buyers might have chosen to wait. To avoid a slowdown in sales ahead of Navratri and Diwali, Skoda rolled out equivalent festive discounts upfront.
