MG Astor is powered by two engine options - 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol and a more powerful, 1.3L turbo petrol.
Mahindra offers a panoramic sunroof right from the AX5 variant of the XUV700. It is priced from Rs 16.06 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. Under the hood, the XUV700 gets a 2.0L mStallion turbo petrol and a tried and tested, 2.2-litre, mHawk diesel engine.
Hyundai Alcazar is the only car under Rs 20 lakh that provides a panoramic sunroof right from its base variant, Prestige. Priced at Rs 16.34 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi, Alcazar gets two engine options. The 1.5L diesel produces the same power and torque figures as the Creta and the other, 2.0L naturally aspirated petrol is the most powerful unit. It generates 157 bhp of power with a peak torque of 191 Nm. Both the engines are paired to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard along with an optional 6-speed AT.
One of the most butch looking SUVs in the market, Tata offers the panoramic sunroof right from the XT+ variant of the Harrier. It is priced at Rs 17.94 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
The extended version of the Harrier with 6 and 7-seat layout, Safari too offers a panoramic sunroof right from the XT+ variant and it is priced at Rs 18.86 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. Powered by a 2.0L FCA sourced, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine, this motor produces 168 bhp of power with a maximum torque of 350 Nm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard and is also offered with a 6-speed torque converter unit as an option.
The top of the line Sharp variant of the Hector is offered with a panoramic sunroof. The prices of this variant start from as low as Rs 19.28 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. MG Hector is offered three engine options - 2.0L diesel, 1.5L petrol and 1.5L hybrid petrol.
Like Hector's Sharp variant, Hector Plus too is equipped with a huge panoramic sunroof with the same trim only. This SUV is priced at Rs 20 lakh for the top of the line Sharp variant that is offered with 1.5L petrol. The price for the Sharp diesel sticks to Rs 20.50 lakh. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi.
