Kia Seltos is powered by three engine options - 1.5L non-turbo petrol, 1.4L turbo petrol and 1.5L diesel Both the non-turbo petrol and diesel belts out 113 bhp of power but get a different peak torque of 144 Nm and 250 Nm, respectively.

The 1.4L turbocharged petrol generates 138 bhp of power with a peak torque of 242 Nm. All three engines get a 6-speed manual transmission as a standard. For the automatic, the 1.5L petrol gets IVT and iMT as an option, diesel gets a 6-speed torque converter and iMT while the 1.4L turbo petrol continues with a 7-speed DCT.
