Mahindra Bolero And Bolero Neo Facelift Spotted

Beginning with the original Bolero, which somehow continues to defy logic and carries on even today. The facelifted version gets a mildly redesigned grille with chrome slats, and it continues with a metal bumper up front. The top-end variant will also get fog lamps up front. The rest of the design, however, carries on unchanged.

On the inside, there are no major differences either, save for a mild tweak to the digital instrument cluster. However, it now gets a new infotainment screen with USB-C and USB-A type ports, and the same user interface as also seen on the Scorpio Classic. There won't be any Android Auto or Apple CarPlay as standard.

Meanwhile, the Bolero Neo also gets a new grille with horizontal slats, along with chrome treatment likely on the top-end trims. The rest of the car's design, however, and the alloy rims as well, appear to be the same. Not much appears to be different on the inside either, except for a darker brown treatment for the dual-tone upholstery. Even the 8.9-inch touch screen infotainment appears to be carried over unchanged, still missing Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Under the hood, both cars will also carry on with the 1.5-litre, diesel engine, paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. These facelifted versions are going to be launched soon, and we can expect Mahindra to roll out teasers in the coming weeks.
Verdict
Given the demand for small urban cars and improving EV infrastructure, there is good scope for new models under the Rs 10 lakh bracket. The Leapmotor T03 might not be the most striking EV, but it ticks all the right boxes as a solution for urban mobility.
