Design Updates: Sharper Lighting & New Alloy Wheels Confirmed

Despite the heavy camouflage, the latest prototype reveals some clear exterior changes to the Maruti Brezza facelift. The headlamps and tail-lamps show signs of reworked internal signatures, hinting at sharper LED DRLs and a more premium light treatment, a necessary upgrade as lighting tech becomes a key differentiator in the segment. This mule also runs on new black swirl-style alloy wheels, a departure from earlier test units that reused wheels from the current model. These four-spoke alloys give the facelifted Brezza a more dynamic stance, suggesting Maruti is refreshing more than just the bumpers and lighting elements.

Powertrain: No Major Mechanical Changes Expected

The 2026 Brezza facelift will continue with Maruti's 1.5-litre K15C Smart Hybrid petrol engine, producing 103 PS and 139 Nm. Transmission options, 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic, will be retained, and fuel efficiency figures are likely to remain similar. The CNG variant will also carry over.
