Maruti Brezza Now With 6 Airbags

Maruti Suzuki has listened to customer demand and made a significant safety upgrade to the popular Maruti Brezza. Following the successful introduction of 6 airbags as standard on the Celerio, Maruti has now extended this crucial safety feature across the entire Maruti Brezza lineup. This means every Brezza now comes equipped with 6 airbags and 3-point seatbelts for all occupants, enhancing passenger protection. Previously awarded a 4-star rating by the Global NCAP, the Brezza is expected to achieve even higher safety scores with these enhancements. This proactive move by Maruti Suzuki demonstrates its commitment to passenger safety by responding to customer feedback and finally shedding the not-so-glamorous image of not keeping safety at its forefront.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza offers a well-rounded package with a peppy petrol engine with the option of a fuel-efficient CNG variant but more on this later. Powertrain: No Diesel But Gets A CNG!

The Brezza, ditching diesel for a petrol-focused approach, cleverly offers a petrol+CNG option. Under the hood lies a 1.5-liter K-Series petrol engine, churning out 103 PS and 137 Nm of torque. Switching to CNG mode, power slightly dips to 86 PS with 121.5 Nm, a trade-off well worth it considering the improved fuel efficiency. With a claimed 19.80 kmpl in petrol mode and 25.51 km/kg in CNG mode, it strikes a balance between performance and economy.
