JSW-MG Motor India has recently launched the PRO variant of its Windsor EV with a bigger battery pack. Initially launched with the top-spec Essence variant, the PRO version is now launched with the Exclusive variant, called the Exclusive PRO variant. The new MG Windsor Exclusive PRO variant is launched at Rs 17.24 lakh (ex-showroom) and BaaS price of Rs 12.24 lakh + Rs 4.5/km. Read details of the new Windsor EV Exclusive PRO variant below. MG Windsor EV Lineup
The MG Windsor is now offered with two battery pack options: 38 kWh and 52.9 kWh. The 38 kWh variant is available in three trims: Excite, Exclusive, and Essence. The newly launched 52.9 kWh battery pack is available in two trims: Exclusive PRO and Essence PRO.

MG Windsor Exclusive PRO
The Exclusive PRO variant retains all the features of the Exclusive variant. It includes the AeroGlide design language and 135-degree reclinable rear Aero Lounge seats, along with additional features. The new variant is equipped with a 15.6-inch Grandview touchscreen infotainment system, a 9-speaker audio system, and over 80 connected features. Additionally, the larger battery pack version offers Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) support. Additionally, this variant will get new 18-inch alloy wheels.
The PRO variant comes with a 52.9 kWh battery pack that gives a claimed range of 449 km on a single charge. This version produces 136 PS of power and 200 Nm of peak torque. JSW MG Motor India will offer a lifetime battery warranty to the first owner of the MG Windsor PRO. Moreover, the brand is offering a 3-60 assured buyback plan for the MG Windsor PRO, ensuring that itll retain 60% of its value after 3 years.

Verdict
The MG Windsor EV has received a great response from Indian customers, and the new, larger battery pack version is expected to attract even more buyers. Launched just a few weeks ago, the variant with the 52.9 kWh battery highlights the growing demand for longer-range options. Additionally, the new Exclusive PRO variant offers flexibility for buyers who want more features than the base model but dont wish to go all the way to the top-spec variant.
