Modified Volkswagen Polo GTI - Features A 290 BHP 1.8-L TSI Engine

The VW Polo GTI is one of the rarest cars that can be seen on the roads and is known for its supreme performance and handling characteristics. The car, before it was taken off the shelves, was available as a 3-door hot hatch and was powered by a 1.8-L TSI engine. With this being said, here is a modified Volkswagen Polo GTI which produces 290 bhp of peak power output. Read on to know more details about the car.

This modified Volkswagen Polo GTI has been built by Speed Sport Delhi and features a 1.8-L TSI engine that has been tuned to deliver a maximum power and torque output of 290 bhp and 450 nm respectively. In addition to this, the car also gets an IS20 turbo upgrade to extract more performance from this engine by increasing the overall pressure boost. Moreover, the car also features a CRN Motorsport Intake Kit to aid in better fuel supply to the engine. The stock spark plugs have been replaced with Audi RS7 spark plugs for better combustion and power output.

This car also gets a Speed Sport exhaust system and Leyo Motorsports Turbo muffler delete to enhance the overall output from all these modifications. The exhaust system is controlled by a Turbo Smart Diverter valve. In addition to this, the car gets an upgraded clutch pack to handle the mighty power output from the engine. To enhance the driving dynamics, even more, the car gets GAB suspension coil-overs.

To further enhance the aesthetics of the car, the stock rims have been replaced by 17-inch ATS GTR rims finished in golden color. A Maxton design ducktail spoiler too can be seen on the rear which increases the overall visual appeal of the car by many folds.
