New 2021 Kia Carnival Premium MPV Officially Revealed - Coming Soon To India?

Kia Motors is now a well-known name in the Indian market. This South Korean car manufacturer made its Indian debut with the Seltos SUV in August 2019 and tasted instant success. Kia Motors launched the Carnival Premium MPV as their second product in India in February this year at the 2020 Auto Expo. The India-spec Kia Carnival is the facelifted version of the third-generation Carnival that has been on sale in the global markets since 2014. Now, Kia Motors has revealed the new fourth-generation 2021 Kia Carnival MPV in South Korea. So, let's have a closer look at it.

The new 2021 Kia Carnival looks smashingly bold and handsome. In terms of aesthetic appeal, the new fourth-generation Carnival is poles apart than the outgoing model. The Carnival has significantly grown in dimensions too. The length is up by 40 mm while the wheelbase has been increased by 30 mm over the previous model. It now measures 5155 mm in length, 1995 mm in width, 1740 mm in height and will have a wheelbase of 3090 mm. The new 2021 Kia Carnival is underpinned by Kia's new mid-size platform. It gets all-LED headlamps with a split and slim layout and daytime running LEDs too. The design of the bumper has been completely revised and it now gets a sharp bumper with sporty persona. Now, step inside the cabin one can again feel that it is class apart from the current Carnival. The interior of the new fourth-gen Carnival gets a fresh layout with almost nothing in common with its predecessor. It gets dual-tone treatment for the dashboard with colours varying from market to market. Taking the centre stage of the dashboard are two big 12.3-inch screens. One is a touchscreen infotainment system while the other is the digital instrument cluster and both the screens are fitted inside a single piece of glass.
