Mahindra introduced the new Thar recently in the market and soon after its launch, the Thar became one of the most talked-about vehicles in the Indian automotive scene. The SUV is not just capable to take on the off-road challenges but in addition to this, is now offered as a much better package when compared to the outgoing model. The new Thar can now be had with a number of engine-gearbox combinations which makes it a practical SUV. Having said this, it has not been very long since Mahindra started the deliveries of the new Thar and here is one modified Thar with 18-inch alloy wheels. So, how good are the modified new Mahindra Thar 18 inch alloy wheels? Well, let's take a look.
The car in question is a new Mahindra Thar hard-top variant which has been customised by the owner. The stock wheels have been replaced with 18-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels which get a hyper silver finish. While we do not have any information about the brand of the tyres, we are assuming that the owner has retained the stock spec tyres with this Thar. In addition to this, the owner has also made a number of changes to the vehicle which includes chrome surrounds near the front fog lamps and rear reflectors. The taillights too get a chrome garnish.

Moreover, this modified Thar gets chrome door handles, chrome insert on side beadings and a bug deflector at the front. The metallic copper colour goes well with the new alloy wheels and in all, this new car definitely looks attractive and attention seeking.
Having said that, let me remind you that the new Thar can be had with petrol as well as a diesel engine. Both these engines come mated to a manual as well as an automatic gearbox.
