Tata Nexon EV Price Hiked - Check Out The New May 2021 vs Old Price List

Tata Nexon EV is currently the best-selling electric car in the Indian market. The Nexon EV was launched in India in January 2020 and since then, more than 3800 units of this electric car have already been sold in the country. In fact, you can imagine how popular it is as six out of ten electric cars sold in India is a Nexon EV. Now, the company has once again hiked the price of the new Tata Nexon EV. So, as you have seen in the above table, the price of the new Tata Nexon EV has been hiked by up to 16,000. The new Tata Nexon EV is available in three variants. They are XM, XZ+ and XZ+ LUX. The price of the electric car now ranges between Rs. 13.99 lakhs - Rs. 16.56 lakhs. All these prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. Talking about its rivals, so the Tata Nexon EV doesn't have any direct rivals in India. However, being an EV, it indirectly competes with the MG ZS EV which was recently updated and the Hyundai Kona Electric.

Now, if we talk about its specs, so the Tata Nexon EV features a 30.2 kWh lithium-ion battery pack with a permanent magnet asynchronous electric motor that churns out 129 PS of power and 245 Nm of torque.
