Hero Motocorp has recently launched its Vida VX2, an affordable scooter for urban mobility, along with a removable battery. The VX2 comes in two variants, VX2 Go and VX2 Plus, offering certified ranges of 92 km and 142 km, respectively. Both variants come with a removable battery and can juice up to 80% in just 62 minutes with a fast charger. While on the tech front, the VX2 comes equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT display along with connectivity features, including turn-by-turn navigation, remote immobiliser, OTA updates, and fall/theft alerts, etc. When it comes to pricing, it is available with the BaaS scheme and without the BaaS scheme as well. TVS iQube 3.1kWh

TVS has just launched its 3.1kWh variant in the iQube lineup, priced at Rs 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom). This variant is packed with a 3.1kWh battery pack, which gives out a claimed range of 123km within a single charge. It is sufficient for your day-to-day commutes. Feature-wise, it offers a 5-inch TFT display along with connectivity features such as turn-by-turn navigation and call alert. Moreover, it also gets various telematics features, including geofencing, anti-theft alert, crash and fall alert, and live indicator alert.

Bajaj Chetak 3001

The Bajaj Chetak 3001 is the latest entry in the Chetak lineup, a more affordable variant. Underpinned by the same 35-series platform, it packs 3.0kWh, which can go up to 127 km within a single charge. Meanwhile, on the tech front, it offers a colour display along with Bluetooth connectivity. Not just this, it offers 35L of best-in-segment boot space, enough for your day-to-day grocery runs. When it comes to pricing, it is available at a price tag of Rs 99,900 (ex-showroom). At this price, it offers a perfect blend of affordability along with practicality.

OPG Mobility Faast F3

The OPG Faast F3 is an affordable electric scooter, priced at Rs 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom). This scooter comes packed with 3.46 kWh battery packs, which can go up to 120 to 130 km on a single charge. The Faast F3 comes with 3 riding modes: Eco, City, and Sport. Moreover, its lightweight body makes it easily manoeuvrable in urban traffic and can go up to a top speed of 70km/h. On the features front, it comes with a digital instrument with all the ridematics, remote key, walk assist, and reverse mode, anti-theft alert, but sadly misses out on connectivity features and disc brakes.

Honda Activa e:

Honda made their entry into the electric two-wheeler space with their Activa e. It is available at a price tag of Rs 1.17 lakh (ex-showroom) while it goes up to Rs 1.52 lakh (ex-showroom). But for a fair comparison, we'll go with the lower variant. It comes packed with two 1.5kWh swappable batteries, which can run up to 102km. On the features front, it gets a 5-inch TFT display; however, it misses out on connectivity features. Additionally, it includes three ride modes: Eco, Standard and Sport, along with reverse mode. Apart from this, Honda offers a smart key with the Activa electric, which is first in the segment.
