Engine Options

Renault Duster

The new Duster will miss out on a diesel engine but will be offered with three petrol engine options. The lower variants will be powered by a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The higher variants will get a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 163 PS of power and 280 Nm of peak torque, mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed DCT.

Additionally, the brand will offer a 1.8-litre strong hybrid petrol engine paired with a 1.4 kWh battery, which is claimed to deliver up to 80% electric driving in city conditions. This powertrain is expected to be launched around Diwali.
