The Indian carmaker has however now discontinued the Tata Nexon EV silver colour option from the line-up and here are all the details that you should know about this affordable and best selling electric car in India. For starters, the Tata Nexon EV was earlier available in four colour options which included Glacier White, Signature Teal Blue, Dark Edition (Midnight Black), and Silver. However, the Indian carmaker has decided to discontinue the Silver option because of limited demand in the market. It is still unknown whether Tata will be introducing a replacement colour option for the Nexon EV. Having said this, no other changes or updates have been made to the Nexon EV in India.

The Tata Nexon EV is currently the most practical electric car in the Indian carmaker and offers a peak power and torque output of 129 ps and 245 Nm respectively. The car gets a 30.2 kWh high energy density lithium-ion battery pack that provides it with a certified range of over 310 km on a single charge. The car takes 8.5 hours to charge from 10 per cent to 90 per cent using a standard portable charger. On the features front, the vehicle boasts all the modern and necessary features and also offers segment-leading safety features. With a starting price of Rs 14.24 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Tata Nexon EV is the best bet if you are considering upgrading to an electric car in near future.
