Next Gen Hyundai Venue Launch On October 24

Spy shots and leaked videos have offered a glimpse into the new-gen Hyundai Venue and its evolved styling. It will keep its boxy silhouette, but Hyundai has reworked the front fascia with a rectangular grille, split headlamp setup, and a more angular bumper design. A pair of integrated front parking sensors and a visible ADAS module indicate the inclusion of advanced safety tech. Inspired by models like the Creta, the 2025 Venue is also expected to flaunt quad-LED headlights with connected L-shaped DRLs. Connected taillamps will continue from the current model, maintaining some design continuity at the rear.

Though the interior of the next-gen Hyundai Venue remains under wraps, it is expected to draw inspiration from its larger siblings, the Creta and Alcazar. Anticipated feature upgrades include a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, an all-digital instrument cluster, a larger touchscreen infotainment system, and wireless charging with connected car technology. Additionally, Hyundai is likely to offer new dual-tone interior themes, giving the cabin a more premium and contemporary look.

The upcoming Hyundai Venue is poised to offer Level 2 ADAS, a significant upgrade over the current model's Level 1 suite. Top-spec variants are expected to feature advanced safety tech like adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, and autonomous emergency braking. Additional safety enhancements could include all four disc brakes, front and rear parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera system, further boosting the Venue's appeal as one of the most feature-rich offerings in its segment.

Powertrain Options To Be Retained

Powering the next-gen Hyundai Venue will be the same trusted set of engines as the current model, ensuring familiarity and proven performance for existing and new customers alike. The lineup includes the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 83 bhp, a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol delivering 120 bhp, and a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel putting out 100 bhp. Transmission options will also be carried forward, ranging from a 5-speed manual for the 1.2L petrol, to a 6-speed iMT and 7-speed DCT for the turbo-petrol, and both 6-speed manual and torque converter automatic for the diesel.
With the updated 2026 Hyundai Venue launching now on 24th October, it will continue to compete in the highly contested compact SUV segment, challenging rivals such as the Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Maruti Brezza, among others.
Verdict
The third-gen Hyundai Venue is shaping up to be more than just a facelift. With bold design tweaks, premium cabin upgrades, and cutting-edge ADAS features, it's clearly aiming to lead the subcompact SUV race once again. While the engine options remain the same, the focus is clearly on comfort, safety, and tech, areas that buyers in this segment increasingly demand.
