Real World Images Of Upcoming Tata Curvv Leaked Ahead Of Launch

The production-spec Tata Curvv coupe SUV has recently come out of covers creating a buzz among SUV lovers. Two days after the official unveil, the upcoming Curvv ICE version has been spotted in real life, revealing the design and its real-world presence. The price of the Tata Curvv EV variant is scheduled to be announced on 7 August, and the prices of the ICE variant will be followed soon after the launch of the EV. Tata Curvv Real-World Images

Tata Motors has done a great job in making the final production-spec design of the Curvv almost similar to the concept vehicle shown at the Auto Expo Motor Show. The brand has kept the styling similar to the concept car, the front of the SUV gets bold fascia with a connected LED DRL, LED headlamps with a similar housing as the Nexon, an aggressive-looking bumper, and the front grille design inspired by bigger Tata SUVs. The front also gets front parking sensors and air vents placed on the bumper. The SUV was spotted in the Daytona Grey colour.

The side profile of the SUV was not seen in the recent images but it gets a coupe-like roofline, flush pop-out door handles, squared-off wheel arches, and petal-shaped diamond-cut alloy wheels. Moving to the rear, the SUV gets connected to LED tail lamps, an integrated roof spoiler, and a blacked-out bumper.

Tata Curvv Features

Tata Curvv will be entering the highly competitive mid-size SUV segment where rivals are filled with a plethora of features. However, Tata will fill the Curvv with most of the features that rivals offer such as a panoramic sunroof, digital instrument cluster, 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment, JBL-sourced speakers, ventilated seats, wireless charging, 360-degree camera, a two-spoke steering wheel with illuminated Tata logo. On the safety front, the brand will equip the SUV with 6-airbags, a blind-view monitor, ABS with EBD, ESC, and hill-hold among other safety features. Moreover, we can anticipate the addition of ADAS in the SUV.

Tata Curvv Engine Options

The upcoming Curvv will be available in three powertrain options which will include a petrol, a diesel, and an electric powertrain. If we talk about the ICE engines, it will get a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine producing 120 PS of power and 225 Nm of peak torque. The other engine option will be the 1.5-litre diesel engine with 115 PS of power and 260 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines will be mated with a manual and an AMT gearbox. Additionally, we can expect a 7-speed DCA gearbox option is expected to be available with the turbo petrol engine.
