Tata Harrier Petrol Latest Update

Last Updated On 10th June’25: Tata Motors has not disclosed any recent plans to launch the Harrier Petrol in the near future. However, the brand recently introduced the electric version of the Harrier SUV. The new Tata Harrier EV has a price tag of Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and is the only Tata model to offer an AWD option. Furthermore, the brand has recently received licensing rights from Stellantis to further develop and modify Fiat's 2.0-liter diesel engine.

Tata Motors has just unveiled the updated version of their model, which currently comes with a diesel engine option. However, information about the availability of a petrol version is somewhat limited at the moment, leaving us uncertain about its future prospects. This revamped SUV offers a variety of models with prices that cover a wide range.

The main reason I want to buy this car is its appealing looks and strong build quality. My top two choices are the Tata Harrier, known for its high build quality and feature-rich design, and the Mahindra Scorpio, which offers a royal look, strong road presence, and excellent off-road capability. The only drawback with the Harrier is that it’s not available in a petrol variant.
