Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG Price Announced - Here Are All The Details

The new-gen Maruti Suzuki Celerio was recently introduced in the Indian market and ever since then, has been one of the best selling models for the brand. The new Celerio not only boasts an impressive and more attractive design language but in addition to this, also gets an updated cabin and a longer list of features. A new K10C motor replaced the older K10B engine and the Celerio is claimed to be the most fuel-efficient petrol car in the market right now. With this being said, Maruti Suzuki launched the Celerio CNG in India. The Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG price starts from INR 6.58 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Here are all the details that you should check.

The new Maruti Suzuki Celerio is currently only available with a new K10C motor. This engine churns out a peak power and torque output of 67hp and 89 Nm respectively while it comes mated to a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The CNG version of the Celerio boasts a peak power output of 56 Ps and a maximum torque output of 89 Nm. This engine also comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The Celerio CNG also boasts a maximum fuel economy of 35.60 km/kg, thus offering extremely affordable running costs. The car will be backed by the brand's trusted after-sales support and will sit above the S-Presso and the Alto 800 in Maruti's CNG line-up. Currently, the Maruti Celerio price starts from INR 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base petrol variant. The CNG model is based on the VXI variant and is priced at INR 6.58 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

On the features front, the new Maruti Suzuki Celerio is offered with a large touchscreen infotainment system, keyless entry, push-button start, rear wiper, day/night IRVM, power windows, etc. The car also boasts significant changes inside the cabin while the exterior design too is attractive. In India, the Celerio competes against the rivals like the Tata Tiago, Hyundai Santro, Renault Kwid, etc.
